20 ' x 40 ' Pole Tent White is 800 sq feet. This pole tent has 3 poles in the center of the tent and needs to be stake in the ground. A pole tent must have a 5' - 10' radius around the tent to stake. The more flat space we have around the tent, the better the suspension and tight the tent will be. This tent MUST be stake in the ground - Unique Party Rental submits a JULIE DIG request one week prior to install for the underground utility lines. JULIE DIG is NOT responsible for any sprinkler system lines, septic tank lines or any lines the homeowner installs. All other lines underground MUST be marked by the homeowner prior to the delivery date.

Unique Party Rental does charge an additional fee of $1.00 per chair for set up and breakdown. Table Round Wood Top 60" 60" Round table will seat 8-9 people max. The plywood table has a locking leg brace so they open and close easily. The steal tubing frame provides support. A 60" round x 30"T table can use a 120" round linen to the floor or a 90" round half way.
