Tent Rental for Rent
We service from Large, Medium or Small Tents for any Backyard gatherings, weddings, corporate events, fundraisers and more! Our tent crew specializes in the production from the delivery to the set up to tear down. We want to make your event goes flawless and stress free. Our tents range from 10' x 10' to 40' x 100' and up. Our tents are able to be set up on mulitple surfaces including asphalt, concrete, grass etc.
Here are some questions to consider upon booking your tent:
- Where is the tent being located?
- What surface will the tent be placed on?
- Are there any underground lines we need to be aware of upon installing of the tent?
- Do you need any additional rentals for your tent for ex: Sidewalls, Lighting, Tables and Chairs?
- Does your location require any permits?
A pole tent must be staked on all four sides in order for the tent to be installed. Unique Party Rental does NOT install pole tents over a driveway or a patio. If the pole tents are being installed over a septic field or sprinkler system, the client is responsible for marking the lines prior to the install date.
Unique Party Rental calls J.U.L.I.E dig one week prior to the delivery date for marking of the underground utility lines. J.U.L.I.E is not responsible of marking any septic tank lines, underground sprinkler system lines or any other underground home owner lines.
Unique Party Rental sets up the tent any where from 2-3 days prior to the event date. The homeowner is responsible for mowing the lawn prior to the delivery date of the tent. The homeowner may cut the grass after the tent is installed if necessary. Upon the delivery, the homeowner is preferred to be onsite for the tent placement. If the homeowner is not onsite, we ask that the area is marked to where the installation will be taking place.
